A Child’s World, Family Child Care Services of Niagara is dedicated to making our organization the best it can be. We recognize that there is more to a vibrant and healthy workplace than just wages. A Child’s World demonstrates this understanding by offering many ‘benefits’ to our staff.

Staff are eligible to receive:

Benefits of being a Supply Staff Member of A Child’s World Supply/Casual staff have access to:

  • A Membership to the Early Childhood Community Development Centre
  • Paid breaks and lunches
  • Experience and opportunities to work in all of our various centres with various age groups within our organization
  • Once a staff has worked 480 hours for A Child’s World the staff receive a training bonus in the amount of $100.00
  • Access to training at cost (First Aid, Food Handlers)
